At the New Taipei City Pinglin Tea Museum, you can absorb a lot of "tea lore", introduced to visitors in a lively manner through graphic displays, video, and live tours by guides.

The museum also introduces tea drinking utensils and packaging culture. The "experience zone" in the museum allows visitors to take a closer look at the appearance of many different teas, but also encourages smelling teas to assess them. If you want to actually taste teas carefully, you could spend an afternoon smelling and sipping tea and buying souvenirs at the teahouse of the museum! Besides introducing a wealth of tea lore, special exhibitions are held regularly. If you like "tea culture" and want to drink Taiwanese tea, you shouldn’t miss this!
